As persons of trust, we mediate disputes between individuals or groups in the workplace. We are credentialed and certified mediators with extensive experience in mediating workplace disputes.

Walker Institute provides mediation services, mediating between conflicting parties, guiding the negotiation towards a mutually acceptable agreement.

We act as external persons of trust. We are credentialed and certified mediators with expertise in intervening in interpersonal or professional workplace disputes.

Anyone who contacts us does so voluntarily and on their own initiative or the of others, without any form of pressure and/or obligation.

We intervene as experts by utilizing a very specific mediation process, without bias or desire for arbitration, whatever the hierarchical level of the parties present.

We welcome you in a safe space and guarantee total discretion, which is an integral part of our process.

Walker Institute can help to introduce mediation in your workplace by:

  • Providing you with external, experienced and credentialed mediation.

  • Setting up an internal integrated mediation system: We can help you set up an integrated mediation system, including training employees to act as internal mediators.

  • Introducing mediation in your policy: We can support you in drafting and introducing mediation as part of your organizational approach to personnel management.

  • Launching and promoting mediation in your workplace as an option to resolve a workplace disagreement that is confidential, flexible, voluntary, and less formal.
